DiDi Global Inc. is looking for a data-driven team member to help drive rider growth in the Spanish-speaking Latin America region. You will leverage incentives and data analysis to optimize campaigns and retention, while collaborating with Marketing and Operations across the platform.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, SQL proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a focus on data-informed decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Must use data-driven decision making with good judgment.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• SQL knowledge at an intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in defining and executing riders base growth strategy and initiatives via incentives platform.
• Make day-to-day decisions on initiatives using data-driven insights and campaign performance metrics.
• Lead data analysis using Excel/Sheets; write SQL; potentially Python.
• Collaborate with Platform Team to improve retention and usage frequency of new and re-engaged users.
• Work with Marketing, Marketplace operations, and Central operations to drive impact.
