DiDi Global Inc. is a leading mobility technology platform expanding driver growth operations in Spanish-speaking LatAm. The role emphasizes a data-driven mindset, user-centric analysis of driver needs, and cross-functional collaboration to acquire drivers and scale incentives.

The candidate should have strong analytics (SQL, Excel) and programming skills, with English and Spanish proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary, or related field.
• Growth/Marketplace experience with experimental testing, user acquisition, and PMF.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and ownership-driven.
• User-centric understanding of ride-hailing drivers to align with value proposition.
• Strong data analytics and programming skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement driver acquisition initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Manage incentives, projects, communications, and product developments for driver acquisition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Ops, Product) to deliver results.
• Define and monitor data dashboards for national driver acquisition performance.
• Own driver incentives across Spanish-speaking LatAm countries.
• Conduct continuous experimentation to generate knowledge and scale solutions.
