DiDi Global is seeking a motivated Data & Growth Analyst to contribute to the riders base growth initiatives in the Spanish Speaking Latin America region.

You will analyze data, run campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve retention and usage.

The role requires Excel, SQL, and bilingual English/Spanish skills, with a current pursuit of Engineering/Data Science studies.

Formación

• Educational background: Studying Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field ideally to be graduated in 1 year.
• Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
• Strong Excel skills a must.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish.
• SQL intermediate knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Taking part in the definition and execution of our riders base growth strategy and initiatives’ execution, having as a main leverage our users incentives platform.
• Taking day to day decisions on initiatives iterations based on 100% data driven insights lead by campaigns performances, goals achievements and business needs.
• Leading data analysis: data masters with Excel/Sheets data processing and analyzing, and capable of writing SQL (+ preferable Python)
• Working together with the Platform Team improving the quality of our new and re-engaged users with a strong focus on retention and usage frequency.
• Working side by side with several supporting areas like Marketing, Marketplace operations, Central operations.
