Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.

• Ability to receive feedback and take action accordingly.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short breaks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and incorporating trends and promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands through cross-channel introductions.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per policy.
• Restock and label returned merchandise and manage damaged goods properly.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise flow from shipment to replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with satisfaction as a goal.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
