American Eagle Outfitters in Aguascalientes, Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales.

You will promote AE loyalty programs, maintain store presentation, and provide product knowledge to help customers choose the right apparel. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and to collaborate closely with the Store Management Team. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty through informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Escalate elevated issues with store leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
