Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands through additional channels.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor and backrooms.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment and SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns, partnering with store leadership on escalations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
