You will deliver knowledgeable, friendly service, promote AE loyalty programs, and keep the store neat and presentable while assisting customers and handling transactions. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on product knowledge, teamwork, and adherence to AE's standards in a fast-paced retail

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and act on it.
• Able to stand, move for extended periods and handle products.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage tools to confidently provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized store environment including stockroom and fitting rooms.
• Handle merchandise logistics from shipment processing to replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
