You will promote AEO loyalty programs, share product knowledge, assist customers and teammates, process transactions quickly, and help customers find looks that fit the current promotions and trends.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative and able to work well in a team.
• Able to handle flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive sales.
• Promote loyalty programs and improve brand loyalty.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Assist teammates and share knowledge to complete tasks.
• Assist customers in finding looks based on style and promotions.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately per cash controls.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Handle shipments, shelves, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns following company policy and escalate when needed.
