American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a Sales Associate in Puebla, Mexico to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales. You will help customers with product knowledge, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, well-presented store floor and stockroom.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and upholding AE’s Customer First values. Training provided to support performance and growth.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and promotions.
• Maintain store standards of neatness, cleanliness and organization.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment and backroom SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with leadership support.
