Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and additional channels.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct location and manage damaged items.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
