You will drive sales by educating customers about loyalty programs, sharing product knowledge, and working with teammates to meet daily goals while ensuring accurate transactions and organized stock on the floor.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and sales leadership team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer’s style.
• Promote brand channels and cross-sell additional brands.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor and backrooms.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishments per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy.
• Adhere to all company policies.
