The Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters is responsible for generating sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will maximize sales through friendly, efficient service and by keeping the store neat and well-presented at all times.

You will role model AE values and Customer First behaviors, engage customers with product knowledge, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to the correct location and label damaged items.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction; escalate to store leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
