American Eagle Outfitters in León is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain a pristine store environment. You will be the face of AE, guiding customers, sharing product knowledge, and promoting AE and aerie brands.

The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and teamwork. You will work on-site at our store, contributing to daily sales goals and customer satisfaction while following company policies and procedures.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate customer-first selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to match the customer's style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to floorsets and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and in collaboration with store leadership.
