American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and maintain a neat, well-presented store environment.

You will use product knowledge to inform customers, promote AE loyalty programs, and collaborate with the management team to meet daily goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, restocking, and assisting in-store operations while upholding AE brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to generate sales and create a positive shopping experience
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs
• Assist customers with product knowledge and styling recommendations
• Operate cash wrap and process transactions accurately
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom neat and organized
• Restock merchandise and manage backroom processes efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policies and protect brand standards
