American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and keep the store neat and inviting. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and model our Customer First values.

You will promote loyalty programs, help customers find outfits, manage transactions efficiently, restock merchandise, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor. Join a team that emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and excellent service as you support fellow associates

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and how to join.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands to customers and channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backrooms.
• Handle merchandise with efficient shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
