Kerzner International seeks a capable F&B Manager for One&Only Mandarina to welcome and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will support the F&B Director, train the team, and ensure personalized, unforgettable dining experiences, across our diverse outlets in Riviera Nayarit.

The role demands outstanding guest relations, high English proficiency, and strong leadership to maintain flawless service and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct weekly trainings on product knowledge and technical skills.
• Develop subordinates into F&B professionals and leaders.
• Ensure every guest’s satisfaction during service in your area.
• Build long-term relationships with guests.
• Ensure the team has all supplies to set up service.
• Stay informed on daily specials; know the menu and wines of the week.
• Lead weekly restaurant team meetings with minutes.
• Lead daily briefings before service with essential info.
• Maintain open communication with F&B leadership.
• Supervise menu changes with F&B directors.
