Kerzner International's One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit is seeking a guest-facing waiter to welcome and serve guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. The role focuses on providing personalized experiences, maintaining high service standards, and collaborating with the team to exceed guests' expectations.

Fluency in English and outstanding guest relations are essential; ability to work under pressure and maintain grooming standards are required.

Formación

• Outstanding guest relations skills
• Advanced level English skills
• Great interpersonal skills. Waiters must always have the support of the collaborators and gain the confidence trust and respect for customers
• Great organizational skills. Can effectively organize and follow table allocations, server assignment, and incident management
