One&Only Mandarina is seeking a dedicated restaurant server to welcome and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will ensure personalized experiences, coordinate with the team for smooth service, and uphold the highest standards of grooming and hospitality in a luxury resort environment.

You will be responsible for table setup, knowledge of daily specials, and collaboration across departments to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Formación

• Outstanding guest relations and communication skills required.
• Excellent English (advanced) spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organization and table/section management.
• Maintain high professional standards on and off the floor.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.
• Maintain the highest grooming standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every guest’s satisfaction in your assigned area during service.
• Create and nurture long-term guest relationships.
• Set up the restaurant before service for smooth operation.
• Know daily specials and wine list; assist guests with selections.
• Attend daily pre-service briefings with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to satisfy guest needs and maintain service quality.
• Be punctual and communicate with management about important situations.
• Monitor equipment daily and ensure readiness for service.
• Support in menu changes and end-of-shift cashiering and inventories.
• Assist in cleaning and deep-cleaning activities at the resort.
• Contribute to achieving F&B budget and support special events.
