Kerzner International's One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit seeks a Groups Sales Manager to proactively solicit, negotiate, and manage international wedding and incentive group business with a focus on luxury experiences. You will lead proposals, set terms, and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will work with international wedding planners, DMCs, and luxury travel designers, hosting site inspections, fam trips, and presenting compelling group

Formación

• Previous experience in group sales management is mandatory.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Supervision of the groups function including accuracy of written communication.
• Ability to work with group systems and catering management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively solicit and secure wedding and incentive group business in international markets (excluding U.S. and Canada).
• Identify opportunities for social celebrations and high-end incentive travel.
• Develop customized proposals reflecting guest journeys and international client expectations.
• Negotiate group rates, concessions and value-added offerings with Revenue Management.
• Maximize revenue through upselling rooms, F&B events, venues, spa and experiences.
