Kerzner International’s One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit seeks a Front Desk Manager to coordinate daily operations, ensure smooth information flow, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Tourism or Hotel Management, at least five years in hospitality or guest services, and fluency in English. You will lead a team, handle guest requests, and maintain a warm, efficient reception experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality or guest services.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth information flow to departments.
• Lead department daily line-ups and ensure punctual, well-groomed staff.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out procedures and guest communications.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with the Operations Manager or Rooms Division Director.
