Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned area during service.
• Build lasting relationships with guests.
• Set up the restaurant before service for smooth operation.
• Know daily specials and menu items and wines.
• Attend daily team briefings with essential information.
• Cooperate with staff to satisfy guest needs.
• Support in inventories and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure high service levels throughout restaurant and pool.
• Assist in achieving F&B budget and events.
