One&Only Mandarina is seeking a Manager Reservations to oversee daily operations of the Reservations department, including hiring, training, administration and disciplinary processes to uphold guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has a hospitality mindset, bilingual English/Spanish, at least two years in a similar role, familiarity with Opera, and proven sales and leadership skills to coordinate interdepartmental collaboration and respond to guest needs.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Administration or hospitality is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is essential.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar reservations role.
• Proficient with the Opera system or a comparable PMS.
• Solid knowledge of sales and distribution channels.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational and administrative activities of reservations agents.
• Know the services, features and accommodations offered by the resort.
• Understand the resort's rates and seasonal pricing.
• Know the reservations policies and procedures.
• Maintain close relations with all departments for efficiency.
• Follow up communications on future reservations and guest information.
• Oversee telephone communications per company etiquette.
• Train agents on rates, policies and procedures.
• Administer and manage confirmed reservations and executive communications.
• Address and resolve guest reservation complaints.
