Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients: retain, develop and increase deposits.
• Reactivate inactive players with timely contact and reasons for missing deposits.
• Work with high-value clients, building long-term partnerships and individualized approaches.
• Identify client needs and create personalized offers.
• Proactively outreach and cross-sell: present product advantages and bonuses.
• Handle objections and retain clients at every stage.
• Achieve targets for deposits, retention rate and reactivation rate.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting.
