Nda is seeking a Vip Manager to join a growing international iGaming team in a flexible remote setup from Querétaro. You will manage a VIP client portfolio, retain high-value players, reactivate inactive accounts, and craft personalized offers to boost deposits and engagement.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Spanish, with sales experience and a strong ability to listen, understand customer needs, and drive results through proactive outreach and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a focus on results and revenue.
• Experience in client retention and reactivation, VIP/high-value segments.
• Strong communication skills in chats and on calls; ability to listen and identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, retaining and increasing deposit activity.
• Reactivate inactive players through timely contact and issue resolution.
• Build long-term partnerships with high-value clients and tailor offers.
• Create personalized offers based on client interests and needs.
• Proactively outreach and cross-sell product features and bonuses.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on activity and results.
