Brazino777 is hiring a Senior VIP Account Manager to own the full relationship and commercial performance of a high-value player portfolio. You will lead a Junior VIP Account Manager and drive retention through forecasting, engagement, and targeted upsell, while representing the brand at VIP events with a strong professional presence.

You will leverage CRM data, Power BI, and Excel to forecast performance, manage campaigns, and plan experiences for top players.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of iGaming experience and 5 years total professional experience.
• Proven sales/retention-driven account management with a track record of targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for CRM, email, and calls.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end commercial performance of an assigned VIP player portfolio (NGR, retention, reactivation, forecast achievement).
• Lead and mentor a Junior VIP Account Manager and review portfolio interactions and development.
• Apply a sales-driven retention approach with proactive reactivation and upsell opportunities.
• Manage daily player communication via CRM and email, ensuring timely engagement.
• Use analytics and CRM data to forecast performance and inform retention actions.
• Build and maintain forecast and achievement tracking in Power BI and Excel.
• Identify early signs of declining engagement and act ahead of churn.
• Plan tiered hospitality actions and experiences for top-tier players.
• Escalate high-risk cases with the Head of VIP as needed.
