Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (plus).
• Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of CRM tools.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of VIP Key Account Customers.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet objectives.
• Generate new sales that lead to long-lasting relationships.
• Provide assistance to high-end players and hospitality events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to serve high-value customers and deliver VIP experiences.
• Prepare reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
