Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking veterinary client support representatives to assist pet owners and clinics across the United States. This remote México-based role handles calls, schedules appointments, documents interactions, and delivers compassionate customer service in English.

As an independent contractor, you will follow detailed procedures, maintain professionalism, and meet productivity and quality standards. Training is provided and a fast-paced, animal-loving environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must reside in México and have English communication skills.
• Previous call center or customer service experience required.
• Experience with CRM or scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive customer interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
• Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
