Xideral is searching for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment strategies for client accounts in a fully remote setting. You will lead a team of recruiters, shape TA approaches, and drive high-quality placements across Mexico from a home office.

The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, leveraging data analytics, and delivering elite candidate experiences in a distributed work environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading recruitment teams.
• Executive search and high-volume recruiting expertise.
• Remote-work leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Develop and oversee client-aligned talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage key client relationships as primary strategic recruiter liaison.
• Drive innovation in sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement improvements.
