The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, leadership experience, expertise with ATS tools and sourcing techniques, and thrives in a remote or distributed team.

• 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• 2+ years in leadership or management
• Experience with diverse and challenging roles

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
