Carrier is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative talent strategies, lead end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

The role requires a track record in talent sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder relationships, with 6+ years in TA and 2+ years in leadership. A remote-first culture prioritizes autonomy and collaboration.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment in a remote or distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
