Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs with ownership from planning through sales, launch, execution, and growth. The role emphasizes urgency, accountability and impact on program success across Latin America and the Caribbean.

You will manage timelines, staffing, venues and partnerships while chasing ambitious targets. The position offers evenings/weekends hours, remote work, and progression opportunities to manager based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Passion for sport and evidence of ownership over initiatives and outcomes.
• Strong organization and numerical skills, with the ability to plan and track progress.
• Fluent spoken and written English, able to communicate with teams remotely.
• Comfort coordinating people remotely and using operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets and launch timelines; coordinate venues and permits; confirm schedules and staffing.
• Follow up with players and team captains to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and solve issues during delivery.
• Build partnerships, support campaigns and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
• Own player communications, resolve complaints and protect program quality.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
