Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the end-to-end process—from planning through sales, launch, execution, and growth—driving program success with hands-on ownership.

The role demands evenings and weekends alignment with Eastern time, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to operate across multiple locations while coordinating local staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Sustained passion for sport with real involvement; strong organization and numerical skills; fluent English; confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems; ability to coordinate people remotely.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsabilités

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits, confirm schedules and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and team captains, convert enquiries into registrations, fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; check readiness and resolve issues during delivery.
• Growth: build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and explore new programs/locations.
• Customer experience: own player communications, resolve complaints and restore confidence when issues arise.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and identify gaps.
