Qualifications

• Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
• Follow up with players and team captains, convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during games.
• Build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify new programs/locations.
• Own player communications, resolve complaints and restore confidence when needed.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
