Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote Operations Coordinator to lead end-to-end sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will plan launch timelines, coordinate venues, and manage staffing and budgets while driving sales and program growth.

The role requires hands-on ownership, evenings and weekends alignment, and a focus on customer experience and measurable outcomes. Base pay is USD 1,000–1,500 per month with potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English; comfortable coordinating people remotely.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules, staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and captains, convert inquiries, fill spaces.
• Execute: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness; resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations, explore new programs/locations.
• Customer experience: manage player communications, resolve complaints, restore confidence.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, retention; report progress and improvements.
