Qualifications

• Experience building and running sports programs or leagues.
• Strong planning, budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams and remote staff.
• Fluent spoken and written English; based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, timelines, venues and staffing.
• Follow up with players and team captains to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness before games.
• Build partnerships and campaigns to grow programs and locations.
• Own player communications, handle complaints and maintain trust.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and iterate.
