Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to plan, launch, and run sports programs with the energy and accountability of a founder. You will own the process from demand assessment to delivery and growth, with an emphasis on evenings and weekends in a remote Latin America/Caribbean setting.

You will manage planning, sales conversions, execution, partnerships and customer experience, aiming for reliable delivery, growth targets and strong program occupancy.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Planning, budgeting and launch timelines for sports programs.
• Sales: convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues during events.
• Grow programs through partnerships and campaigns; identify new locations and opportunities.
• Own player communications and handle customer experience; report progress and improvements.
