Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a hands-on coordinator to build and run sports programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role is remote, with evenings and weekends aligned to Toronto/Eastern time, and focuses on end-to-end program ownership from planning to growth.

You will manage demand, budgets, schedules, and staffing; drive registrations and partnerships; coordinate staff and vendors; and measure success through program occupancy, revenue, and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, schedules and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and team captains, convert enquiries into registrations, fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; check readiness and resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships, campaigns, expand programs and locations.
• Customer experience: manage player communications, resolve complaints, restore confidence.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and identify gaps.
