You will own planning, sales, execution, growth, and customer experience, pursuing ambitious targets and delivering reliable program outcomes. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Sustained passion for sport and involvement in programs.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely and manage quick turnaround tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, timelines, venues and staffing for programs.
• Follow up with players and captains to fill registrations and spaces.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness.
• Build partnerships, campaigns and identify opportunities for new programs/locations.
• Own player communications, handle complaints and maintain trust.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
