You will coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment, drive registrations, and maintain strong customer communications while tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, launch timelines, venues, permits, and staffing.
• Follow up with players and teams, convert inquiries to registrations, fill spaces.
