Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean markets. The role emphasizes evenings and weekends aligned with Toronto/Eastern time, managing sports leagues from planning through growth, with accountability for delivering programs and customer experience.

You will own end-to-end operations, pursue ambitious growth targets, and coordinate local staff remotely while building partnerships and ensuring reliable program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, budgets, timelines, venues, permits, and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players, convert inquiries, fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate staff, referees, coaches, equipment; resolve issues.
• Growth: build partnerships, campaigns, increase repeat registrations, explore new programs.
• Customer experience: manage player communications and resolve complaints.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress.
