Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our software platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Remote across Latin America and the Caribbean with calls during North American hours; strong English is essential and commission terms will be agreed before hire. Evidence of personal achievement preferred.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Self-generated pipeline and closed deals demonstrated.
• Strong spoken and written English with confident calls and demos.
• Disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build the sales pipeline and close new software customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss terms with prospects.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and track next steps.
• Collaborate with founder and product team during onboarding.
