Job summary

Bluelight Consulting LLC in Hermosillo, MX is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close, selling software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams.

You will build a healthy pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes. Flexible, remote works, and ongoing professional development are supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services or software to tech buyers.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication and value-driven selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM up to date.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand client needs.
• Build proposals, pitch decks, and statements of work with teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Forecast revenue and meet quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, delivery, and leadership for smooth handoffs.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
