WorkBetterNow is seeking a remote Service Coordinator to schedule, coordinate, and support service operations for US-based clients. You will manage work orders, liaise with technicians, and ensure timely delivery of service requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of proven experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with scheduling or CRM/dispatch systems (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician dispatching
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests and updates
• Create, assign, and manage work orders in service management systems
• Track service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow-ups
• Communicate with field technicians to coordinate schedules and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, invoices, and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally
• Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met
• Generate reports on service operations and performance metrics
• Coordinate parts, materials, or equipment needed for service jobs
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflows
