Nexoratalent is seeking a detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist to support customers through their service journey on a fully remote basis. You will coordinate client requests, manage service details, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to completion.

You will engage with clients organizing personal plans and experiences, communicating clearly, staying organized, and delivering high-quality service across multiple channels.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using online tools and communication platforms.
• Interest in coordination, planning, or client support services.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
