Job summary

Unity Communications is seeking a Remote Office & Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks for U.S.-based partners. The role includes handling calls, qualifying leads, scheduling, CRM maintenance, and invoicing from a remote Mexico-based operation.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English, has experience in customer service or related roles, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Qualify new leads and collect accurate customer and project information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using scheduling systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding proposals and outstanding opportunities.
• Re-engage older and inactive leads through proactive follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM.
• Respond to customer emails, messages, texts, and chats.
• Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks.
• Support approved customer outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare daily activity reports and elevate issues requiring management attention.
