• Remote operations experience of 3+ years.
• Strong English, B2+; C1 preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
• Independent, reliable, and proactive in remote settings.
• Based in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM, finance, and coordination.
• Manage global calendars and schedule meetings across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Research sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain daily reporting and handovers via Slack.
• Coordinate administrative and project-related tasks.
• Mentor junior generalists and promote consistent processes.
• Support leadership with operational execution and coordination.
