Precision Medicine Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead multi-country HR delivery across LATAM, aligning processes with our global operating model.

You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to manage complex employee relations, country expansions, and governance with scalable, compliant operations.

This remote role supports Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru and requires advanced HR expertise and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational HR leadership across multiple LATAM countries.
• Lead organizational changes, restructures, transfers, integrations, and workforce transitions.
• Support country expansions and market entry activity.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Coach and mentor Global People Services team members.
• Drive governance, SOPs, and escalation models.
