Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Operations Lead for a partner company based in Mexico. You will own end-to-end operations, build scalable processes, and manage the full product journey from forecasting to international logistics and fulfillment across markets and channels.

As the first dedicated operations hire, you’ll work closely with founders to balance inventory, service quality, and working capital, with a clear path toward Head of Operations as the business grows in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Several years in operations, supply chain, or logistics with physical products.
• Direct responsibility for inventory, purchasing, warehousing, or delivery performance.
• Strong understanding of how demand forecasting, procurement, production, working capital, and transport interact.
• Experience with 3PLs and freight forwarders; international sourcing and retail distribution is a plus.
• Ability to design scalable, documented processes from unstructured workflows.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to communicate risks early.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for a fast-growing brand.
• Manage supply chain planning, forecasting, and purchasing across channels.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, customs, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Monitor costs, service levels, and fulfillment network performance.
• Lead retail operations, including product displays and delivery windows.
• Build scalable processes, KPIs, and documentation.
• Develop customer operations tools and recovery policies from feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, transportation, sales, and finance.
• Address operational issues proactively and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate requirements for new markets, warehousing, and compliance.
