Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnered with a global remote-first organization, seeks an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit based in Mexico. Lead people strategies aligned with business goals, oversee lifecycle, planning, engagement, retention, and HR processes in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will partner with international leaders to drive data-driven decisions, manage payroll insights, and drive initiatives improving organizational effectiveness while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of successful experience as HR Business Partner or HR Director in international digital, IT, or product companies.
• Proven ability to implement and manage core employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, training, succession, termination, performance evaluations).
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement, and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset translating HR initiatives into outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating workforce performance and trends.
• Strong multi-project coordination and project management capabilities.
• Persistence, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR effectiveness by aligning workforce management and engagement with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure right people in the right roles and consistent HR processes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development, succession, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Manage workforce planning and headcount, ensuring probation and performance standards are met.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and processes with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor payroll budgets, turnover, engagement, and efficiency; identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and HR analytics for informed decisions.
• Measure satisfaction with HR services and drive improvements in HR effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders to address organizational challenges and business goals.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with clear priorities and deadlines.
