Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist for a fully remote role to support international business activities through contract management, compliance coordination, and legal documentation.

You will draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and maintain a centralized repository of templates and contracts across regions. Remote work with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires a law degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of international commercial contracts and cross-border transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements with vendors, sponsors, or partners.
• Excellent English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements including sponsorship, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Coordinate with compliance activities and due diligence processes.
• Provide timely legal guidance to operational teams and executives across regions.
• Maintain organized digital repository of templates, contracts, and related docs.
• Coordinate with external counsel when specialized advice is needed.
• Support cross-border contractual processes to meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Participate in daily handovers and regional coverage rotations across time zones.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and legal ops processes.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure efficient handling of legal requests.
